If you commit with the time you sleep, it will ease you to sleep better on the time you already set. Second, make sure your room always cool. Third, if evening is approaching, don’t eat or drink caffeine or alcohol. Fourth, do exercise in the afternoon; it will make you sleep soundly.

Besides considering the physical needs, you also need to pay attention on your emotional needs. Share your feelings to your friends and family or you can share in the support group. It is hard to describe how your feelings even with the loved one or the healthcare professional. Because they may be not really understand as well as the patient. However, it is better to try so that it can reduce also your stress and frustration in dealing with Fibromyalgia.
